A typical design process

1. We'll discuss your project with you and review the documentation you have. From there we can get an idea of what your project entails and what our scope of design will be.
2. High-level, big picture engineering design drawings and specifications will be developed and presented to the design team.
3. We meet with your team to discuss key design briefs.  Next, we develop the design documents for building consent and for tender.
4. Once your project is consented and under construction, we make make periodic site visits during construction to ensure final sign-off at the end of the works.
